We welcome any application for a post published on the job board.
Due to a specified procedure, we are unfortunately unable to consider a speculative application for formal reasons. So please do not apply without reference to a corresponding advertisement. In this case, we regret that we will have to return the application to you without considering your qualifications.

Application tips
Please send us complete application documents. The application should include a cover letter explaining your motivation for applying. In addition, we require a curriculum vitae in table form, including at least details of the required qualifications, as well as complete references from your most recent employers and professional qualification.

In principle, every post is suitable for part-time staff. This may be deviated from in individual cases.
Women are given preferential consideration in the case of equal suitability, ability and professional performance in accordance with the Federal Equal Opportunities Act.
Severely disabled persons are given preference in the event of equal professional suitability. In principle, only a minimum level of physical aptitude is required.
Selection procedure
Selected applicants undergo an interview lasting about one hour.
For managers
Depending on the results of the interviews, managers also give a technical lecture of about half an hour in front of a closed BASt auditorium. Following the respective lecture, the lecturer faces a discussion within another half hour, in which the lecture has to be defended.
