This includes primarily flexibility of working hours, in the form of flexible working time. In addition, it is also possible to arrange part-time work, in order to better cater for the family or personal needs with the help of a personalized working time model.

Under certain conditions, teleworking is also possible. For mothers and fathers, it should also be of interest that we run a forest nursery, located on our grounds, as well as a parent-child room in the building.

During family leave, we maintain close contact with our employees, and provide training and further education opportunities, where needed. In this way, the return to work and the integration into the labor process following the family leave is facilitated as much as possible.

Whoever wants to look after their grandchildren, can apply for a "grandparent leave", or a "caregiver leave”, when they need to take care of their dependent family members. Even a "sabbatical year" is feasible as a part-time option.
